Catering & Private Events

We cook for parties three ways: the back room, the whole building, or your kitchen. All three run out of the same oven and the same pasta board, so what arrives is what you ate here.

The back room

The old hardware stockroom seats 22 at one walnut table, with its own door onto Delp Alley and a window into the pasta room. Family-style menus start at $58 per person: three antipasti for the table, two pastas, one dish from the oven, and dolci. Wine pairings from Marco run $32 per person, or bring your own at $20 corkage a bottle.

The room has no minimum on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday through Saturday it carries a $1,400 food and beverage minimum.

Full buyouts

The whole osteria holds 48 seated or 70 standing, and from April through October the patio adds 20 more. Buyouts include the pasta counter, which most people use as a bar. Pricing depends on the night and the season. Tell us your date and headcount and we will send a written quote in two business days.

We do about thirty buyouts a year, most of them rehearsal dinners and retirement parties. We are comfortable with a toast. We are not set up for a DJ.

Off-site catering

We cater within twenty-five miles of Harlow Springs, which covers most of the county. The travel menu is built from what holds: lasagne al forno, parmigiana, roasted vegetables, salumi boards, focaccia baked that morning, and sheet-pan tiramisù. Orecchiette does not travel and we will talk you out of it.

Off-site starts at $38 per person with a 25-person minimum. Chafing dishes, serving staff, and rentals are quoted separately.

How to book

Email hello@osterialucia.example with your date, your headcount, and what the night is for. We hold a date for seven days while you decide, and a 25% deposit confirms it. Marco answers most weekday mornings, and Teresa answers when Marco is at the market.
