Frequently asked questions

Where can I park?

Free street parking runs the length of Cortland Street, and the municipal lot behind the fire house on Delp Alley is free after 5 PM. Cortland fills by 6 PM on Friday and Saturday, so the lot is the safer bet for weekend dinner. It is a two-minute walk and the path is lit.

Do you have gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly options?

Yes. Gluten-free rigatoni is cooked to order in its own water, and roughly a third of the menu is vegan or gluten-free as served — every dish carries its tags on the menu page. The kitchen works with semolina flour, sheep dairy, and nuts every day in one room, so we cannot promise zero cross-contact. Tell your server about an allergy when you sit down and the kitchen will walk the menu with you.

Do you take reservations for large parties?

Yes. Parties up to eight book through OpenTable, and we hold a third of the room for walk-ins every night. For nine or more, email hello@osterialucia.example with your date and we will either seat you in the dining room or move you into the back room. The six seats at the pasta counter are walk-in only, always.

Can I bring my own wine? What is the corkage fee?

Yes, you can bring your own wine. Corkage is $20 per 750ml bottle with a limit of two bottles per table, and we waive one corkage fee for every bottle you buy from our list. We ask that you not bring something already on the list — Marco takes it personally.

Do you have a kids menu?

Yes. Kids eat buttered orecchiette, orecchiette with sugo, or a small cheese pizzetta from the wood oven, each $9. High chairs and boosters are by the host stand, and the kitchen will split any pasta onto two plates at no charge. Sunday Supper starts at 3 PM and is the easiest service for young children.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The Cortland Street entrance is step-free, and the dining room, patio, and restroom are all on one level with a 36-inch restroom door. Two accessible spaces sit at the Delp Alley end of the municipal lot. The pasta counter is fixed-height at 42 inches, so tell us when you book and we will hold a table instead.

How late are you open?

The kitchen serves until 9 PM Tuesday through Thursday, until 10 PM Friday and Saturday, and until 8 PM on Sunday. We are closed Mondays. The bar takes last call thirty minutes after the kitchen closes, and holiday hours differ — the location page lists every exception.

Do you deliver?

No, we do not deliver. Takeout is available for pickup through Toast or by calling (610) 555-0147, and most orders are ready in twenty-five minutes. Pasta travels badly, so the counter will steer you toward the oven dishes, the parmigiana, and anything braised.

Can you host private events?

Yes. The back room seats up to 22 at one table for private dinners, and a full buyout holds 48 seated or 70 standing. Menus and pricing are on the catering page. Email hello@osterialucia.example with your date and headcount and we answer within two business days.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome on the patio, which seats 20 and is open April through October. We keep water bowls by the gate. Inside the dining room only service animals are permitted, which is a township rule rather than ours.
